This website, wherenow.to, is operated by VideoTranslatorAI Pty Ltd (ABN 73 602 663 141) (we, us or our) under the WhereNow brand. These terms apply to your use of the website and the information we make available through it.

Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. WhereNow is in development

WhereNow is being built as an AI-assisted property research companion. This website currently introduces that project. Public app registration, property report purchases and subscriptions are not available through this website.

Descriptions of planned features are statements of current intention, not a guarantee of a release date or that every described feature will be available. Where we invite people to test the app, any test-specific conditions will be provided before participation. Separate service or purchase terms will be provided before any paid offering is made available.

3. Information and property research

The coming-soon website does not provide a property assessment or personalised advice. Any examples or descriptions are general information about the project.

WhereNow’s intended research tools support your own investigation. AI-generated information can be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Research estimates are not formal valuations, building inspections, legal advice or lending decisions. Property decisions should be based on independently checked information and appropriate professional advice.

WhereNow does not act as your representative to bid, negotiate or enter into a property transaction. No statement on this website guarantees a property’s value, condition, availability, investment performance or suitability.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the website, follow its links and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its availability, introduce malicious software, try to gain unauthorised access to systems or information, impersonate another person, or use it to infringe someone else’s rights.

If you contact us, provide information you are entitled to share and take reasonable care that it is accurate. Please report suspected security problems privately to hello@wherenow.to.

Browsing this website does not create a subscription, incur a fee or commit you to buying anything. Before any paid reports, app access or subscriptions are offered, the applicable price, delivery arrangements, cancellation or refund information and service terms will be presented. Those future arrangements are not established by this coming-soon page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts hearing appeals from them.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions. A delay in exercising a right does not of itself waive that right.
